Subject: District Dues Invoices Now Available Online

Dear Rotary District 6450 Presidents,

The District dues invoices for January 1-June 30, 2021 are now in the mail and available online.  If your treasurer is responsible for paying your club’s dues, please forward this email to them.  The District only sends invoices to club presidents.  


Here's how to view your dues statement online: 

  1. Log into the District Website -
  2. Click on the “Club Support” tab
  3. Click on “Club Sec. & Treas”
  4. Or simply click on this link

 To pay your dues online:

  1. Log into the District website -
  2. Click "Donate & Payment" option from navigation bar
  3. Click District Dues Payment option
  4. Fill in the Amount field (see note below regarding payments over $1,000)
  5. Select "recognition of" option for the "Contribution in"
  6. Enter club name in next field
  7. Name will populate in the "How do you want your name to appear in the Contribution Records?"
  8. Click "Proceed to Payment" button
  9. Select Payment Method and enter payment information
  10. Click "Submit Payment" button

 NOTE: There is a $1,000 max per transaction limit. If you are processing a payment that is over $1,000 please break it into two separate transactions.
